1

Submit the shift (or request coverage)

Clear intake
Share the basics so coverage can be matched correctly:
  • Age group/classroom (Infant–Pre-K)
  • Date + time + any special notes

FAQ

Questions leadership ask before they request coverage

Clear answers on timelines, service options, requirements, and where Post n’ Go™ is currently live.
What’s the difference between Post n’ Go™ and Managed Coverage?
  • Post n’ Go™: you post the open shift and approved teachers claim it (Post → Claim → Covered). No calls or emails required.
  • Managed Coverage: you submit a request and we coordinate the match, confirmation, and details.
How quickly can a shift be filled?
Timing depends on location, classroom type, and notice. In markets where it’s live, Post n’ Go™ can support same-day requests because shifts are released to available approved teachers in real time. For planned needs, submitting earlier improves match consistency.
What classrooms and age groups do you cover?
We support early childhood classrooms from Infant through Pre-K. To match accurately, include the age group/classroom, start/end times, and any required notes (arrival, dress, parking, special routines).
What does “approved teachers” mean?
“Approved” means teachers have completed our vetting process of screening, interviews, registry checks, fingerprinting, orientations, and other state requirements. Coverage is focused ONLY on early childhood settings—not general temp staffing.
How does billing work?
  • Post n’ Go™: pay upon acceptance. No contracts.
  • Managed Coverage: billing follows your coverage plan and confirmed placements.
What if coverage needs change or the match isn’t the right fit?
If coverage needs change, notify us as soon as possible. We document feedback, adjust future matching, and can support replacement requests when needed. The fastest resolution happens when changes are shared early.
Do you support multi-site operators?
Yes. Multi-site support includes streamlined requests, consistent expectations, and coverage coordination across locations and classroom types.
Where is Post n’ Go™ available right now?
Post n’ Go™ is currently live in the Kansas City and Dallas metro areas. Other coverage options may be available in additional service regions.
